President's instruction highlights vital role of social work
President Xi Jinping has underlined the vital role of social work in China's stability and the well-being of its people, and called for efforts to promote the high-quality development of China's social work as the nation's social structure is undergoing profound changes.
Xi, who is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in a recent instruction on the country's social work.
