Country's resolve to advance opening-up highlighted

Premier Li Qiang underlined on Monday China's strong resolve to further high-level opening-up and proactively boost innovation as part of broader efforts to promote high-quality development.

Speaking during a one-day fact-finding trip to Tianjin, the premier called for across-the-board implementation of the major reform measures laid out at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China last week.
