3 dead, 1 hurt in blast at Shanxi aluminum plant

Three people died and another person was severely injured in an explosion at an aluminum rod production plant in Xingxian county, North China's Shanxi province, around 5 am on Saturday, local authorities said. Rescue work at the site has been completed, and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
