PV, EV integrated charging project
Chinese power workers have put into operation an integrated photovoltaic energy storage and electric vehicle charging demonstration project in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province to enhance the green push. The project, located at Baolian Temple, a popular tourist attraction, is equipped with a 720-kilowatt direct-current charging machine (with five dual-charging terminals and two liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging guns), a 53-kilowatt PV carport and a 215-kilowatt-hour energy storage cabinet. Employees from State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Co helped to put the project into operation on schedule, which can reduce carbon emissions by tens of tons annually, providing green charging services to tourists.
