Portuguese doctor positive on seminar's outcomes

Diogo Libanio is a gastroenterologist from the Portuguese Oncology Institute of Porto in Portugal. He participated in the seventh Belt and Road International Advanced Gastrointestinal Endoscopology Seminar held at Beijing Friendship Hospital in early June.
